An Icelandic actor and politician, who served as Mayor of Reykjavik in Iceland, from 2010 to 2014. He participated with the actor Sigurjón Kjartansson on the radio, and together they formed a famous duo before Gnarr decided to engage in political life and establish his political party. His works include Fangavaktin (2009) and the documentary film, Gnarr (2010).
