An American actress, born on October 18, 1978, in the Bronx, New York City, New York, USA. She grew up in the Fordham section of the Bronx. Gloria is of Puerto Rican origin, and her parents are from Ponce, Puerto Rico. She was educated at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Elementary School and St. Catharine Academy High School, both of which are located in the Bronx. She graduated summa cum laude from LIU Post with a bachelor's degree in Acting. Gloria joined Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc. at the XI chapter. In 2004, she moved to California after landing the leading role in Nilo Cruz's "Two Sisters and A Piano." She subsequently moved to the Greater Los Angeles Area and was cast in a small role in Fun With Dick and Jane just two weeks later. During this period, she also appeared as a guest star in an episode of NYPD Blue. She is known for Grey's Anatomy (2007-2010), Reckoning (2019-2020), and Maid (2021).
