American actor and writer born Charles David Tannen in New York on October 22, 1915. Charles married Joan Myrtland and they had a child. He mostly played minor roles in numerous films. Among his most important works are: Valentine's Day (1964), The Grapes of Wrath (1940), Ensign O'Toole (1962) and Jesse James (1939). Tannen died of a heart attack on December 28, 1980, at age 65. |
