An Iraqi actor, director and theater pioneer, born in 1948 in Baghdad. His hobby for art began at an early stage, which prompted him to act in some scenes in the famous children's program Paradise Children (1959 - 1960) at the age of twelve. He participated in school theater at...Read more the intermediate and secondary levels, and during that period he learned about some features of the classical Arab theater. In 1967, he participated in the first theatrical work of the group The Friendship Theater Troupe under the name The Addict. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Baghdad in the period (1968 - 1972). He worked in the National Theater Troupe in 1973. He is famous for the plays The Palm and the Neighbor, Tomouse Calls the Bell, and Alguentrah.
