A Turkish actor, born in Ankara. He completed his primary and secondary studies in the capital, as well as his university studies, where he graduated from the Ankara State Conservatory, Theater Department, then went on a mission to Geneva in 1981, and stayed until 1985. He is considered one of the leading Turkish actors and coached many celebrities. He has acted in many theatrical, television, and cinematic works. His most important works include the series Güzel Çirkin (2013), Ustura Kemal (2012), Ask Bir Hayal (2009), Kuzey Rüzgari (2007), the films Münferit (2007) and Kurtlar Vadisi: Irak (2006).
