Following her graduation from high school, DomiNque attended Prairie View A&M University, where she majored in theater. Moreover, Perry attended Texas Southern University and became a "motion" majorette for the Ocean of Soul band, after which she took part in many film and music video auditions. She is best known for Get Hard (2015), Insecure (2016-2017), and CompleX (2021).
