She is a British actress, writer, producer, and director. She studied pantomime at the end of 1959. In the mid-1970s, she made three short silent comedies that were nominated for various awards. She wrote and produced the Academy Award-nominated short film. She is known for directing The Concert (1974) and The Morning Spider (1976) and starring in Blow-Up (1966).
