An American actor, born in Bemidji, Minnesota, USA, as Terry Lawrence Frost. He married two women and had two children. His most important works include Black Hills (1947), Mysterious Island (1951), Dead Man's Gold (1948), and Apache Rose (1947). Before he started working in cinema, he spent 6 years as a cowboy, lumberjack, miner, and salesman.
Terry Frost began his career in 1929 by working in vaudeville and began his film career in 1941 when he appeared in Cyclone on Horseback (1941). During the 1940s and 1950s, he presented dozens of Western B-films. In the 1950s, he appeared in many TV series as a guest. He had recurring roles in some series, such as Highway Patrol (1955), where he presented 20 episodes. In the 1960s, he taught drama at Patricia Stevens Career Colleges in Pasadena and Los Angeles, wrote a text on the art of acting, worked in regional theater across the United States, and worked in public relations at a travel company.
Once he retired, he became a famous speaker at several B-Western conventions across the US and British Isles, where he spoke about his memories of starring in famous Westerns. Terry Frost died in Los Angeles, California, USA on March 1, 1993 of heart failure.
