An American actress who was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, USA, as Ronne Hare Troup. She married three men and had two children. Her most important works include My Three Sons (1963-1972), Strong Medicine (2005), The Manfrom Independence (1974), and The Practice (1998). She worked as a teacher and is known for being the daughter of the musician and actor Bobby Troup. She attended North Hollywood High School and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she studied English and elementary education. Among her early works are For Those Who Think Young (1964) and Gidget (1965).
