Samuel Alfred De Grasse was a Canadian actor, born in Bathurst, New Brunswick, Canada. Sam immigrated to the USA around 1880 as a young child. He was the uncle of cinematographer Robert De Grasse and the brother of Joseph De Grasse. His credits include The Man Who Laughs (1928), Blind Husbands (1919), and When a Man Loves (1927). He died on November 29, 1953, in Hollywood, California, USA, of a heart attack. |
