An American film actress, born on October 16, 1909, in Bayonne, New Jersey, USA. She was the younger sister of Sally O'Neil. Molly was the youngest of 11 children of Judge Thomas Francis Patrick Noonan and his wife, opera singer Hannah Kelly. After the death of their father, she and her two sisters moved to Hollywood. She was a high school student when Hal Roach cast her in the comedy film series Our Gang, then she got the lead role in The Patent Leather Kid (1927) after competing with 2,000 other candidates. Her other notable films include The Little Shepherd of Kingdom Come (1928) and Bars of Hate (1935). She died on October 15, 1998, in Avila Beach, California, USA.
