German actor, born in Berlin, on January 8, 1931. He won the VMA Musical Award in 1986, and won the Grammy Music Award in 2018. He got married to Bonnie B MacLean (1967-1975) and had a child before their divorce. Among his most important works are: The Cotton Club (1984), Bugsy (1991), and Apocalypse Now (1979). He died in Vallejo, California, USA, on October 25, 1991, in a helicopter crash.
