He was also a dancer who danced in vaudeville and cinema with actor Joe Evans. His movie debut was Rosalie (1937), and his last work was Gidget Grows Up (1969). He died in Walden Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA, on February 14, 1977, at the age of 77.
