Nicholas Victor Leslie Henson was a British actor. He was born on May 12, 1945, in London, England, United Kingdom. He was the son of Harriet Martha and comedian Leslie Henson. Nicky was trained as a stage manager at RADA. He was a member of the Young Vic Company from its formation in 1970. Also, he joined the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre Company later on.
His first wife was actress Una Stubbs, and they appeared together in the soap opera EastEnders (1985) in 2006. Henson was nominated for the 1998 Laurence Olivier Award for Best Performance in a Supporting Role in a Musical for "Enter the Guardsman." He received his education at Charterhouse. His works include Vera Drake (2004) and Blitz (2011). He died on December 15, 2019, in England, United Kingdom.
