A Cuban composer and pianist, born on May 26, 1919, in Santa Clara, Cuba. He graduated from the Cienfuegos Conservatory in Cuba. He also participated in many works with many Cuban musicians, and his music has been featured in several works, such as Forces of Nature and The Party. He passed away on December 8, 2003, in Havana, Cuba.
