British actor, born on May 19, 1927, in Wolverhampton, England. He began his acting career in 1949. He also worked as a production associate on several TV productions. He is known for A Town Like Alice (1956), The Onedin Line (1971-1973), and BBC Sunday-Night Theatre (1951-1956). He died on April 11, 2012, at the age of 84.
