A former US Secretary of State who served in various positions during the presidential terms of three different Republican presidents. Schultz graduated from Princeton University in New Jersey and obtained a doctorate in industrial economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States. He served in the US Navy during World War II. Schultz imposed a vision known as the Philadelphia Plan on building contractors who refused to hire black people. Schultz appeared in some documentaries, such as The Reagan Presidency and The Year of the Tiger.
