American scientist and economist, who manages the Global Policy Lab and professor of public policy at the University of California, Berkeley. He co-founded the Climate Impact Lab and is a National Geographic Explorer. Hsiang's work has appeared in influential media and policy articles at international and US federal institutions. He is best known for Solomon Hsiang (2016).
