A British actor, born on June 25, 1971, in London, England, United Kingdom. His works include The Carer (2016), Cross-Eyed Waltz (2005), and My Yacht (2006), winning the Festival Prize for Best Actor for his role in the latter at the Wreck Beach International Film Festival in Ontario, Canada. In his early career, Tom worked in various aspects of TV production, including sound and camera, and later worked in the fields of presenting and producing at such companies as United Artists and Telewest between 1994 and 1996.
