Toqa Hesham |
A Lebanese politician and former member of the Lebanese Parliament, born in Beirut, Lebanon. He graduated from the ESCP Business School and obtained a master's degree in public law from Paris-Sorbonne University. He is the founder and president of the Independence Movement. He actively participated in the 2005 Cedar Revolution and various political movements. He is the son of the former President of Lebanon, René Moawad. Michel is involved in many social and civil initiatives to motivate Lebanese youth and improve the conditions of marginalized groups in the country. He is also the founder, CEO, and member of the René Moawad Foundation. He appeared in the documentary Enough! Lebanon's Darkest Hour (2021).
