British actor, born in Hertfordshire, England, on March 17, 1946 as Gavin Charles Alexander Campbell. He got married to Elizabeth in 1985 and they have 4 daughters. He was a British businessman, actor and former television presenter. He attended the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. He was a trumpet player, and worked as an actor in Paris before acting in Britain. He made his television debut in the series Vendetta (1968) and ended his career with the short film Rógairí (2005). His notable works include The Playbirds (1978), UFO (1970) and Softly Softly (1966).
