Kathay Feng is an American activist. Her credits include Gerrymandering (2010), Outdated Democracy, and PAY 2 PLAY: Democracy's High Stakes (2014). For more than 20 years, she has been an activist and civil rights attorney in California. Before joining Common Cause in 2005, she was head of the Voting Rights and Anti-Discrimination Unit at the Asian Pacific American Legal Center. Feng has served on several boards including the California Secretary of State's Advisory Committee on Voter Participation and Outreach. She graduated from Cornell University and obtained a law degree from the UCLA School of Law.
