An Italian actress and director, born in Palermo, on the island of Sicily, in Italy. She studied acting at the Titis Theater School in Palermo, under the supervision of director Michele Pereira. She played starring roles in many of his plays, and in 1998, she won an award from the National Institute of Classical Dramatic Arts, graduating in 2000. She also starred in her first film Nuovomondo (2006), directed by Emmanuel Crialles. She also participated in the short film Alice (2008) and the film One Life, Maybe Two (2010).
