He also presented several research papers and studies for the graduate students of the Institute of Fine Arts and the College of Fine Arts. He received several appreciation and honorary certificates from the Artists Syndicate and Arab cultural and artistic organizations. He appeared in numerous plays, such as Ghosts, Umm Khalil, and Prisoner 95. He was the first Iraqi stage actor to present a play after the occupation of Iraq in 2003 in Al-Shabandar Café (al-Mutanabbi Street), which was titled The Price of Freedom.
