An American actress, born on February 25, 1897, in New York, USA. She launched her acting career at the Pasadena Playhouse before entering the world of cinema, where she played various roles. She had a good share of appearances in the silent era, but she retired in the 1940s after a disagreement about her salary. Later, she worked in real estate in Pasadena while also appearing in local productions at Hollywood Hills' Pilgrimage Theater. She is known for her roles in Madame Butterfly (1932), Stowaway (1936), and Quality Street (1927). She died of heart failure at the age of 92 on January 27, 1990, in Alhambra, California, USA.
