Salma El-Sharkawy |
An American actor, born on February 3, 1912, in Chicago, Illinois, USA, as Edward Louis Hall. He worked as a stand-in in several films as well as providing supporting and additional roles. In 1948, he retired from the film business and became a used-car salesman. He is known for his roles in Thoroughbreds (1944), Administration of Military Justice and Courts-Marshal (1943), and Gangs of the Waterfront (1945). He married three times and had two children. He died at the age of 51 on February 19, 1963, in Granada Hills, California, USA, of a heart attack. |
