An Iraqi director, born in 1960 in Baghdad. He holds a BA in Theater Directing from the College of Fine Arts. He directed a number of works such as A Domesticated Life from the Theater Forum Festival, and he won four awards for it, as well as The Cherry Orchard from the Theater...Read more Forum, and Blood Wedding from the Petra Theater Festival in Jordan, and it won the State Award for Directing and Acting in Iraq. He participated in a number of festivals and published a poetry collection entitled "Widows' Hats Flap High" and he has many articles and writings on cultural and theatrical affairs in particular.
