An American child actor, born in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, on November 9, 1936, as Theodore Edward Infuhr. He was the youngest of 4 children and moved with his family to Los Angeles at the age of 3 years. His mother encouraged him to work in cinema, and he appeared in the movie The Tuttles of Tahiti at the age of 5 years. Throughout the rest of the 1940s, he found a steady role as a troublemaker or bully.
He married Rita J. Contini (1963-2007), they had two children, and she remained with him until his death.
He played a recurring role in the film series about the adventures of the dog Rusty (1945-1949) and in other series. In the post-war years, he had larger roles, and he worked intensively during his adolescence. He left acting at puberty, graduated from the chiropractic school in 1958, and devoted himself to his new job. His notable works include The Bishop's Wife (1947), She's for Me (1943) and They Live by Night (1948). He died in Thousand Oaks, California, USA, on May 12, 2007.
