Her film, Zaynab an-Nafzawiyyah, was chosen to represent Morocco in the official competition of the Women’s Film Festival in Salé, Morocco. Jeune Afrique magazine considered her one of the most influential figures in Morocco in 2014 as part of a list of fifty other personalities, including ministers, economists, and others.
