Shaimaa Saied |
An American actor, director, producer and makeup artist, born in San Francisco, California, USA, on April 6, 1887. He started his career in vaudeville, then turned to cinema in 1914, presenting more than 200 short silent films. He continued his career after the introduction of sound to films, as he played various roles such as bartender and drunkard, in addition to appearing in Westerns. In the 1920s, he directed silent Western films. Among his notable works are Custer's Last Stand (1936), Chasing Trouble (1926) and Bucking the Truth (1926). He died in Pacoima, California, USA on January 28, 1964.
