An American television personality, actress, songwriter, and screenwriter, born Victoria Elizabeth Spinoza in San Francisco, California. When she was six she joined the San Francisco Children's Opera Theater Company, and recorded an album with them. She recorded her first record with Merv Griffin at Cavalier Records, the San Francisco-based record label owned by her father. She attended the American Conservatory Theatre, studied voice and music theory at the School of the Arts, and studied piano. She won a spot on Young Americans, singing Whitney Houston's "The Greatest Love of All". Her credits include Enemy Within (2016) and Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew (2008).
