An English actor, born in Paddington, London, England, United Kingdom, on March 16, 1911, as Alexander Anthony John Mango. In 1937, Mango married Yvonne Lillie Hurst. His credits include The Strange World of Planet X (1958), The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (1958), The Avengers (1961), and Captain Horatio Hornblower R.N. (1951). Mango played supporting roles as a professor, judge, spokesperson, doctor, and more. He died in Westminster, London, England, United Kingdom, on November 7, 1989.
