An Australian actor and director, born in the Northern Territory, Australia. For most of his early life, he worked in construction and did other jobs. He began his artistic career by acting in many plays, then made his film debut in The Chant of Jimmie Blacksmith (1978). He directed the two short films Warrk Warrk (2007) and One River, All Rivers (2008). He died on May 11, 2018, in Katherine, Northern Territory, Australia, of a heart attack. |
