A British actor, born in London, England, United Kingdom. His most notable works include Mission: Impossible (1966-1973), Headline Hunters (1955), The Outer Limits (1963), and Arrest and Trial (1963). Edward was an American/Dutch actor who worked in film and television. He was the son of a Dutch violinist and immigrated to the United States in 1914 with his family. He obtained American citizenship in 1921. In the 1930s and 1940s, he worked as a radio announcer for an Arizona company. In the late 1940s, he worked in film, and in 1955, he began working in television. He died in Los Angeles, California, USA, at the age of 68.
