American actor, born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, USA, on February 17, 1917, as Franklin Moore Evans. Frank provided supporting and additional roles such as the barber, the reporter, the patient, and the radio announcer. He is known for His Wife's Sweethearts (1910), Winning Back His Love (1910), and His Lost Love (1909). He died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on December 27, 1973.
