An American actress, born in Los Angeles, California, USA, on March 11, 1943, as Dorothy Lee Perrins. Among her most important works are Get Smart (1965-1970), Star Trek (1966-1969), The Wizard of Speed and Time (1988), and Repo Man (1984). Angelique began her career as a model at an early age. She studied acting and made her movie debut at the age of 21 in a low-budget B movie. Her first A-list movie, Clambake (1967), was with singing star Elvis Presley. She gained her greatest fame from her television work. In the early 1980s, she worked in Las Vegas as a stripper. Angelique Pettyjohn overcame alcoholism and drug abuse. She died at the age of 48 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, on February 14, 1992, of cervical cancer.
