An American child actor, born on February 9, 1930, in Seattle, Washington, USA. He is the fourth of five McKim child actors from the late 1930s and 1940s. He attended Hollywood Professional School with his sister Peggy during their junior years. He began playing secondary roles at the age of nine and continued to do so as a young child and then as a teenager until he reached the stage of youth and retired from acting. He joined the US Army, worked for a savings and loan company, and later became a building contractor. He is known for his roles in Nevada (1944), Days of Old Cheyenne (1943), and Mojave Firebrand (1944). He is married to Julie, with whom he had two children.
