He was a Canadian writer and producer. His first writing credit was The Hard Part Begins (1973). He is known for The Grey Fox (1982), Blood & Guts (1978), and The Hard Part Begins (1973). His last work was Hollywood North (2003). In 1983, he won a Genie Award for Best Screenplay, Original for The Grey Fox. He died on February 2, 2015, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
