A Chilean actress, writer, and director, born in Santiago, Chile. Manuela Martelli attended Saint George's College. She also studied drama at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She made her debut in B-Happy (2003). Her notable works include Machuca (2004), Il Futuro (2013), and Chile '76 (2022), for which she won the Ibero-American Award for Best Ibero-American Film at the 2023 Palm Springs International Film Festival.
