An Egyptian translator and author, who works in the field of editing in Arabic, English, and French. She obtained a BA in economics from the American University in Cairo in 1997, then a master’s degree in development and international relations from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000. She became editor-in-chief of the Arabic Gateway in 2014 and is responsible for developing content and promoting and managing partnerships with major institutions. She appeared as herself in the documentary Moondog (2012), directed by her father, Khairy Beshara.
