An American actress and philanthropist, born in Orlando, Oklahoma, USA. She studied drama and speech at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. She signed on with 20th Century Fox. She's known for Burke’s Law (1963), Fantastic Voyage (1966) and Batman (1966). She left acting to focus with her husband on charity work, sponsoring children’s heart operations. She was married twice and had two children. She died of a brain aneurysm in Westlake Village, California, on June 25, 2011, at age 74.
