A British television and film actress, born in London, England, United Kingdom. She married actor and musician Robert Lindsay (1974-1980), and their marriage ended in divorce. Among her most important works are Citizen Smith (1977), Doctor Who (1963), Dramarama (1984), and Lucky Feller (1975). Cheryl Hall was a member of the Kent County Council. She also ran for Parliament for the Labor Party in Canterbury in 1997 but was unsuccessful.
