An American-Scottish nurse and actress, born in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom. She married the actor and singer Fabian in 1963 and their marriage ended in divorce. She got married to Bill Kirk (1986-2017) and remained with him until her death. Among her most important works are The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini (1966), Cry of the Banshee (1970), In the Year 2889 (1969), and The Fall Guy (1981). She was born in a hospital elevator in Edinburgh. Scotland, to a Welsh father and a Scottish/Irish mother, and then moved to Cardiff, where she attended convent school. In her teens, she moved to Long Beach, California, and was crowned Miss Scotland at the Miss World conference, which was held in Long Beach, California, in 1961. In 1956, she began her film and television activities, and in 1962 she participated in a music program for television. In 1978, she worked as a real estate agent in Beverly Hills. She became a US citizen in 1992, and as of 2003 was a nurse working with the elderly. She died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on May 5, 2017, at the age of 76.
