A British actor, born in Woolwich, London, England, United Kingdom. Among his most important works are The More We Are Together (1971), The Day of the Triffids (1963), Department S (1969), and Goldfinger (1964). Victor Brooks was a prolific character actor in cinema and television, specializing in the roles of police inspectors in British thriller films in particular. He died in Dorset, England, United Kingdom, on January 19, 2000, at the age of 81.
