His most important works include An American in Paris (1951), Love Me or Leave Me (1955), and I Love Melvin (1953). Ray was an American theater and film actor who performed supporting and extra roles as a dancer, chorus boy, and ballet dancer. He died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on September 4, 2004, at the age of 91.
