Tamer Hosny: Reports that I was Estranged from My Father are Nothing More than Fabrications

Singer Tamer Hosny has rebuffed reports that were circulated recently which claim that he was estranged from his father for a period of three years. He has also added that what some sources have published recently regarding his reconciliation with his dad at a social gathering are simply “journalistic fabrications”. He has also asserted that he has received some offers for the period that follows the expiration of his contract with his current producer.The performer has furthermore affirmed that his relationship with his father is doing well and that he accompanies him on many social occaisions, moreover, he was also by his father’s side at the hospital when he was involved in a traffic accident recently.On another note, Tamer Hosny has said that he has received offers from various producers once they have learnt that his current contract with producer Mohamed Al Sabky, who has produced most of cinema productions, is expiring.Tamer Hosny further added that he is yet to choose which producer he will sign a contract with and that he is still considering his options and trying to determine which offer is best noting that financial compensation is not the only factor that matters.Tamer has also distanced himself from reports that claim that he plans to publish a new art magazine in which he will assume the role of chief editor, reports which circulated after his writing an article for “Al Ahram” newspaper. Tamer clarified that his fans have created a log to follow his news stories on his official website adding that he has dedicated a video clip to them to thank them for that effort. Tamer has also said that he is not considering writing because it is a field that is far removed from his musical and acting inclinations.
