Tuesday the 18th of January witnessed a special screening of the American title “Fair Game”. The event took place at the City Stars cinema at eight in the evening. The title was widely available in theaters across the world.Performer Khaled al-Nabawwy attended the screening. The actor partook in the production where he portrayed an Iraqi nuclear scientist name Hamed. The screening was also attended by performers Hussein Fahmy and Ramy Wahid, producer Mohamed al-A’dil and musician Yahya Khalil.“Fair Game” was directed by American filmmaker Doug Leiman and stars two-time Academy Award winner Sean Penn, screen beauty Naomi Watts and Khaled al-Nabawwy. The title’s screenplay was penned by Jez and John Butterworth.Worthy of note is that the title has earned $ 15 million in ticket sales in the United States since screenings began on the 5th of November, 2010 despite the fact that the film has had a limited release in that country. The production has also surpassed the $ 5 million mark in Canada and has lately began screening in several Arab countries including Lebanon, the UAE, Kuwait and most recently Egypt.
