Marcel Khalife Dedicates “al-Kamman wa al-Orchestra” (“The Violin and the Orchestra”) to the Egyptian Revolution

Lebanese artist Marcel Khalife has presented a salute to the honorable people of Egypt during a concert which he held at Doha yesterday. Thus, the artists has dedicated the musical piece “al-Kamman wa al-Orchestra” (“The Violin and the Orchestra”) to the Egyptian people and added that this is an homage to the Egyptian revolution and to the youths and citizens who took part in it.Marcel has also stated that what the Egyptian people have achieved has overwhelmed the world as a whole and that the steadfastness of its people should serve as an example for other populations as they have achieved something which was previously considered close to impossible to attain. Furthermore, Marcel has added that the Egyptian revolution is a continuation of the revolution which took place earlier in Tunis and expressed his hope that this extends to all Arab peoples.
