Artist Wael Jassar has concluded placing the final touches to his second Christian album. The album is not a continuation to his first such album “Fee Hadrat al-Mahboub” (“In the Presence of the Beeloved”) as it is meant for children. Wael has disclosed that he will shoot a new song for the album titled “Sayyidna al-Maseeh” under the management of Lebanese director Randa ‘Allam in their second collaboration.Wael is also preparing to release a musical video clip titled “Ya Roohy Gheiby” – a duetto which saw him collaborate with Lebanese musician Hanan. However he is awaiting more appropriate conditions particularly as the present time is witnessing turmoil as Arab people today – according to his statement – are determining their status and demanding their rights.Jassar has also revealed that his new romantic album “Kull Daqiqah Shakhsiya” has been ready for a while however its release is also being held back much like his other works. The musician has indicated that the work is the best that he has made so far and does not resemble his other works. The album includes two Lebanese songs the lyrics to which were authored by Mounir Bou’assaf and composed by Yasser Galal and Wassim al-Bostany.Most of the song titles in that work will be made into video clips. The musician has also indicated that he does not have an acting role coming up thus rebuffing the claims which have indicated that he will be entering the acting arena. Wael sees acting as something far removed from himself.
