Lebleba meets Suzanne Mubaarak in “The night the president fell”

Director Mahmoud Kaamel nominated Lebleba to play “Suzanne Mubaarak”, because of the resemblance, in his upcoming film “Laylat sokoot al-ra’ees i.e. The night the president fell” which deals with the last few hours for the former Egyptian president before stepping down. Lebleba did not accept nor refuse; especially that Suzanne Mubaarak’s role is controversial.Kaamel also nominated Khaaled al-Saawy and Khaaled Saaleh to play “Hosny Mubaarak”.The film is in adaption of a book with the same name, dealing with the last eight hours in “Orouba Palace” before getting put under house arrest in Sharm al-Sheikh, being called up for investigation and the decision to imprison him pending investigation.
